Let's Get Out of the Cycle of Birth and Death by Surrendering to Krishna

Every time Mahavishnu exhales, the countless material universes come into being. And when He inhales they are all destroyed. In this way for all of eternity there is an broken cycle of creation and annihilation of the material universes, which constitute the material world.   The living beings who have not qualified themselves to return to Krishna's kingdom enter into the body of Mahavishnu in a dormant state during the period of annihilation and again come out and resume their karma in the next creation.   Since if we do not surrender to Krishna, we remain perpetually caught up in this material existence, we should take very seriously the process of surrendering to Krishna and guru in this lifetime and get out of the cycle of birth and death as soon as possible.
