Every event in our life is a special mercy of Krishna

 

 

On a regular daily basis we face both pleasant and unpleasant situations. If we become carried away by excitement over life's pleasantries, we are sure and certain to be devastated by life's unpleasantries, which will definitely come to us by the influence of material nature's laws.

 

Therefore those who are advanced in intelligence fix themselves in Krishna consciousness seeing every event as the special mercy of Krishna upon them to help them come back to home, back to Godhead as soon as possible. This is truly a liberated state of consciousness in which one never becomes blinded by material success nor depressed by material failure.

 

In this state of consciousness one is always unlimitedly successful and is in a constant state of transcendental jubilation. One who attains this state of consciousness will realize that there is nothing greater that can be gained anywhere throughout the entirety of existence, and he will naturally out of intense compassion dedicate his entire life for sharing this enlightened Krishna consciousness with those who have not yet realized it.
